I´ve been a chef since I was 12 years old and I still think it’s the best job in the world!
Me and my team take very much pride in what we do, we only work with the freshest and the best produce, so please bear with us, because there might be changes on the day, depending on the quality of produce we get from the market.
I will also every night prepare a special 3 course menu with fresh produce from the market.
